Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at samuel@minifigureplanet.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Custom items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival. This includes:

Custom minifigures

Made-to-order items

Personalized products
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will provide a return shipping label.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return until your refund is confirmed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged

You received the wrong item
We'll work quickly to evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalised items (except if damaged/defective)

Digital products

Sale items

Gift cards
We also cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics)

The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
This right only applies to unused, undamaged items in original packaging and excludes custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
