Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom-made minifigures or products may require additional time depending on design complexity and order volume. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for custom items to be completed before shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email. If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact us at samuel@minifigureplanet.com.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us, and we’ll see if we can help.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once they reach your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  1. Check your tracking info

  2. Contact your local delivery provider

  3. Then email us at samuel@minifigureplanet.com if you still need help

We will do our best to assist, but please note that delays after dispatch are outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Info

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional postage fees may apply.


Preorders & Backorders

If you purchase a preorder item, the shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise requested.
